SHIPPING
Items are shipped via UPS ground. You may request FedEx shipping. Items that are too large will be shipped on a pallet via motor freight/common carrier. You can also pick up your wood at our warehouse located at 220 North Main Street in Sellersville, PA 18960. Items usually ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.

REFUNDS
Our lumber and products are 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days and we will provide a full refund of your purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Custom orders cannot be returned because this wood cannot be sold to another client. Also orders that have a custom finish cannot be returned.
